This is a ByAgents example format, not an industry standard or a claim of compatibility with an external protocol. Use it to preserve the difference between an observation, a proposed repair, and a verified outcome.

}Field interpretation
schema_version identifies this example’s format. example prevents the record from being mistaken for a customer result. task describes the intended outcome. introduction explains how the provider became available. assessment names the method. source_url and observed_at make the observation locatable and dated.
finding is the specific issue. evidence records the observable support rather than a general opinion. proposed_change is a recommendation, not a completed edit. verification states whether the change was tested. organic_discovery remains unknown unless independent evidence establishes it. limitations preserves the scope of the assessment.
Safe extensions
For a real test, add the environment, fixture identifier, relevant output, pass criteria, and permitted verification method. Record multiple attempts and failures rather than keeping only the best run. Remove secrets and private customer content before publication. A synthetic fixture should remain labeled synthetic.
Interpretation limits
An evidence record is a container for claims, not proof by itself. Verify the source and output when the decision matters. A static finding can be valid while the proposed repair is incomplete; a working repair can improve use without affecting discovery. Keep those conclusions separate.
